What I do want to STRESS - Peak Week is the ONLY program I coach where i require you to follow a meal plan exactly. In all my other programs there is an OPTION to do so, but we learn so much more through trial and error, finding what works and does work for ourselves.

There is a progression to my programs, meaning that the information builds upon itself, but all programs can also be chosesn by goal type.
