Please watch before day 3
I hope you enjoyed days 1 and 2.
The way you ate in the last two days really is an excellent approach for sustained weight loss.
Low carb, moderate fat, high fiber and high protein.
Things do change on day 3.
The eggs are gone, yes, you will be eating chicken or turkey for breakfast :)
We are also going to remove added sodium, this for some people this is the hardest part as food can seem rather bland.
We are also drinking a gallon of water, for some people this is nothing new - for others it can be a real challange. Do NOT skip the water
If there is some medical reason for you not to cut sodium then dont do it - the program will still work very well.
