The Importance of Blood Glucose

The greatest weight loss tool I have ever used with my clients is a blood glucose monitor.

I have been coaching blood glucose since 2008 equipping all of my clients with a blood glucose monitor.

Today, there are the continuous blood glucose monitors (CBG), which are fabulous, although a tad pricey.

For this program I use the traditional (and most cost friendly) finger prick monitor. You can purchase them from your local pharmacy or from my website.

You won't be testing your blood glucose forever, but I INSIST that you use it in this program. It is going to provide you with a wealth of information
