The greatest weight loss tool I have ever used with my clients is a blood glucose monitor.
I have been coaching blood glucose since 2008 equipping all of my clients with a blood glucose monitor.
Today, there are the continuous blood glucose monitors (CBG), which are fabulous, although a tad pricey.
For this program I use the traditional (and most cost friendly) finger prick monitor. You can purchase them from your local pharmacy or from my website.
